Bonfame (8433) on 9th suspended trading and had a material information briefing in the afternoon to announce the board had passed the decision of the acquisition of 100% shares of Fang-Shye Co., Ltd. and  Limited Edition Inc. for 250 million NTD, the base day is set for August 1st.
Company indicated Fang-Shye Co., Ltd. (FS) and  Limited Edition Inc. (LEI) are the suppliers for the world famous accessories company and hand artcraft company. This Acquisition is estimated to have following benefits: Expanding and penetrating the European market due to FS and LEI current clients and channels bases are different from Bonfame, the sales mainly made in Europe and Canada, in which the biggest client AMS and its channel can improve Bonfame's sales expansion plan in Europe region considering 60% of orders for Bonfame are coming from North America.
